We hope you adore your OsiLove purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must meet the following conditions: 

•   Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging  
•   Items marked as final sale are not eligible 
•   Return shipping fees are not covered unless the item is faulty
